Publix now offers customers the choice to receive e-receipts rather than traditional paper receipts. Not only does this help reduce waste, it also cuts down transaction time and allows customers to keep all of their receipts in one convenient place. Customers can do their part to help the environment by opting into the service on the Publix app or at publix.com/e-receipts, then entering their phone number at checkout. Receipts will then be sent directly to their email, rather than getting lost at the bottom of their pocket, or eventually, a landfill.
